I am beyond pleased with the whole experience with Jacob and his team . I had been struggling for a few days to get a decent vehicle that would fit my needs . As it so happened I filled out a application online on Jacob's website and immediately got a call for his team and explained my situation.They got me approved and ready before i even walked in after work . They worked with me and listened to what my situation was .Very accommodating , very customer friendly. I was super happy and thankful for Jacob and the whole team . This is the best place to buy a used vehicle. Everyone is friendly, everyone is honest and they never back you in a corner to purchase a car. My experience was always genuine and professional. They went over every option and really worked with me in a realistic way to find my perfect car. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

An incredible experience from start to finish with Jacob and his team. From the time we walked in, they were friendly and hospitable, showing us many options within our budget. When it came time to finance, there was full transparency and Jacob was able to secure us a great deal! My father in law left with a sweet 2021 Toyota Corolla that had low miles, and a smile on his face! Extra special thank you to Jacob, Andrea, and Richie. I’d give you more than 5 starts if I was able.

I cannot say enough about the awesome experience I had buying my Audi at Jacob's. Jonathan managed my sales experience effortlessly from when I called to inquire until I signed on the dotted line. He went out of his way to make himself available for my test drive and answer all of my questions. I had a small hiccup with my financing, but Richard didn't get irritated or impatient; he helped me submit an application with one of their lenders and had me approved in minutes. Johan managed my experience and kept me informed as the deal progressed, and Andrea's administrative finesse was unmatched ensuring my tags, insurance and financing were all lined up without me even having to think about it. Jacob was always friendly and present, but never pushy and I felt no pressure whatsoever. I found Jacob's to be a well run and organized family dealership that offered a quality vehicle for an unbeatable price. I couldn't be happier with my new car, or the service I received!

Best dealership ever visited and purchased a car from. As soon as I arrived, John was there to greet me and introduce me to one specific brand that I wanted (Toyota). Unfortunately, the car I wanted was already sold, but they introduced me to other vehicles that peaked an interest I didn’t know I had….an AUDI. They were not gonna let me leave without purchasing a vehicle, which I love because it shows that they care for their customers needs and wants. Not to mention, I bought the last well sold Audi vehicle that day (They sold about 5 Audi cars that week!). All in all, I was completely satisfied with my purchase, their customer service, & overall car buying experience. I would definitely recommend this car dealership to others! Thanks again everyone at Jacob’s!
