Just bought a great car from Gabriel today! This place was awesome! Everyone was super cool, fast and efficient! Do not be afraid to go to smaller dealerships that aren’t the huge big lot new car dealers. This place was great. Even the finance guy Richard was super transparent and could not have been nicer. These guys are friendly, down to earth and not your typical high pressure tie wearing sales people. I had such a great experience I will probably be a customer for as long as I live in the South Florida area. I highly recommend these guys. I can’t wait to pick up my Acura this week! I apologize for my poor review. This is not the Jacob's Auto Sales in Rochester NY that should be avoided. Jacob in Lake Worth appears to be an honest dealeship.

My name is Wanda Foster and I purchased a vehicle for my son at Jacobs Pre-Owned. This dealer has a lot of nice cars with great prices. We were greeted immediately by Mr. Johann, he was very polite, helpful and attentive to our needs. He was able to find the right car at the right price on the lot. We took the car for a test drive and we fell in love. The car was just what we were looking for, price and all. We started the paperwork with Johann and finished it with Mr. Jacob. I have to say, Mr. Jacob is the coolest car dealer I have ever met. He worked with us to reach the exact car payment we could afford. He has so much compassion for his customers and does what it takes to meet their needs. We need more honest and kind dealers like him. Thank you again Mr. Jacob for making the whole care buying experience seamless. May you continue to make people happy with the whole process of buying a car.

Unfortunately, we did not purchase a vehicle from this dealership but they were very helpful, honest and reasonable which was a welcomed surprise after visiting several other dealerships recently.

This is one of the most genuine dealerships I have seen in a while, came here purchased a car and drove off the lot had a slight issue, even though the sale was final and it was by as is after speaking with Jacob he decided to fix all issues with the car, but we still was a little uncomfortable with it Not only did he give us a refund. He also offered to give us a few other cars at cash value for what he paid for it. He pulled up the receipts and showed us exactly what he paid those cars for pretty much said I’ll give it to you with just an additional $500 added on top for the same price that I paid for it I don’t really wanna make any money off of you. I just wanna help you. I can honestly say that if you are in town looking for a car and you decide to take a look at this place please understand that they are going to handle you with the most care and respect anyone has ever handled you with.
